一、产品用途：Application

废钢破碎生产线主要用于加工废车体、马口铁类、家电制品、自行车、空罐等下等废屑使之成为上级的制钢原料。通过本机不断粉碎、除去涂膜、提高体积比重、投电炉中防止爆炸、在一定情况下提升溶解率等。

　　二、处理对象:  Recommended feed Materials

　  1、废车体（除去引擎、减速箱、轮胎等）；破碎线破碎废车体时需分解成不大于600 mm×600 mm的方块；

　　Waste car body(except engine,gear,tyre).Shredder with power below 400/500 kw,need to separate car body into a bale within 600 ×600 mm.

　　2、马口铁类（易拉罐等）；Tinplate(pop-top can)

　　3、家电制品（除去马达、压缩机、轴类等）；

　　Home appliance (remove motor,Compressor,shaft)

　　4、自行车、卡车围栏及相似的生活废料；

　　Bicycle,track's guard railing and other similar daily metal waste

　　5、空罐（洗净除去稀料、涂料等）；Empty can (remove paint)

　　6、其他废钢（如密度不大于0.65吨/m³的打包块）

　　Other metal scraps(density not thick than 0.65 ton/m 3)

　　7、厚度≤6 mm的钢板、型钢、钢制结构件；

　　Steel plate and structure with thickness not beyond 6 mm

　三、不适合的破碎物品:  Feed Materials Not Suitable For The Shredder

　　1、危险物：Dangerous articles:

　　(1) 密封的容器、导管等； Closed vessel and tube

　　(2) 可能引起爆炸、火灾等物品；Explosives,inflammable or toxic materials

　　2、废车等；Waste automobile

　　(1)、乘用车以外的主体；Cars' body except passenger car

　　(2)、变换机、差速齿轮、轮胎；Engine,gear,tyre;

　　(3)、密闭式的高压储气罐（液压气瓶等）；storage cylinder or gas cylinder

　　(4)、需用闸刀式剪切机等切断的大重量物件150 kg以上；

　　Heavy parts,with weight beyond 150 kg

　　3、其他   Others

　　(1)、铁块10 kg以上； Iron ore with weight beyond 10 kg

　　(2)、钢板6 mm以上20 kg以上；

　　Stell Plate in excess of 6 mm thick,weight more than 20 kg

　　(3)、型钢、钢轨；  Structural steel, steel rail

　　(4)、导管6.5 mm厚×:Φ250×500L

　　Tube 6.5 mm in thickness x 250 in diameter x 500 in length

　　(5)、电线、钢丝、钢线    Electric wire, steel wire

　　(6)、轴类   Mechanical Shaft,

　　(7)、马达、交换机、压缩器  Motor, compressor
